Structural Assessment For the Building
The NCCLR perform the structural assessment for damaged building by presenting consultancies to solve the structural problems of these buildings, such as :

1- Damage of concrete & reinforcement caused by attacked of sulphate & salts, or damage by bombing & earthquiq.
2- Damaged building caused by water flow under foundations (Swelling & shrinkage of Soils)

The structural assessment depends upon tests made on the damaged buildings according to the nature of the structural problems:

These tests are:
- Core Test
- Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV)
- Schmidt Hammer Test
- Half Cell Potential
- Carbonation Test
- Cracks Width
- Pull Out Test
- X-Ray Test for Welding
- Load Test
- Detecting defects in metal using solutions
- Measuring Thickness of Concrete Cover
- Measuring Thickness of Corrosion
- Measuring Diameter of Steel Bar
- Detecting Steel Bar Location
